The Damiani Academy was created to create technical specializations in the goldsmith-artisan field, with a specific path to train new professionals to enter the world of work. The company aims to identify the best technical and creative skills on the market, with a path of excellence at the goldsmith laboratories of Valenza , in the province of Alessandria, among the most appreciated in the world.

The laboratories of Valenza

Valenza, a town of less than 20,000 inhabitants, represents the most important Italian and European center for the artisanal processing of gold and jewelry. Suffice it to say that our Fabrizio Ferro trained right in Valenza, when he was very young, to give life to Ferro Gioielli , a goldsmith's laboratory in Atestine that we all know today.

This year, the young talents of the Damiani Academy were selected from nearly 500 applications. The young talents participated in 5-week courses alongside the most skilled goldsmiths and setters.
