By now we know that a large part of our work (and social life) takes place via video call. We also know that, on these occasions, most of us wear pajama pants... combined with a nice elegant shirt!
But have you ever wondered if our precious items could become video call jewels, to give us a touch of extra brightness and care?

First of all, we have to deal with the not always super HD quality of our webcams. Colors out of phase, dimly lit environments, that terrible bluish light of PCs and tablets...
The goal is therefore to focus on brightness, but also on color.
So, let's go for bright and shiny stud earrings. Whether they're colored or white, they always know how to give a touch of class to every woman. If you then match them with an identical necklace and a simple, solid-colored sweater, the professional video call outfit is ready!

Necklaces

If we also aim to make our accessories stand out, and not just use them as a point of light, we choose large shapes that occupy a large part of the screen. Necklaces with multiple threads or even the overlapping of chokers and longer chains are therefore welcome.
Also good are models where metal takes centre stage, such as “ slave ” necklaces or slightly thicker chains, which are very popular at the moment.

Large and heavy jewels

Big and heavy earrings are also OK, but be careful. Hoops and soft shapes are fine, but we are still connected from home! We need to give the impression of being at ease, with accessories that are designed specifically and that do not hinder our operations!

Minimal, yet chic

For the more minimalist, a bracelet doesn't hurt. If we tend to gesticulate, for example, wearing an accessory on our wrist can be a winning choice. In this case I recommend something simple, like a tennis bracelet, which gives the impression that, even if we are at home, we want to remain well-groomed and sophisticated.

Ring on the finger

For those who pay more attention to their manicure, even a ring can be the ideal accessory to stand out from the greyness of video chats. Great if we choose a colored stone or a fancy diamond. That more accentuated shade will be enough to give us a whole other style!

Always under control

For him, go ahead with the wristwatch. Professional and essential, for a work call it conveys a sense of ability to control time and commitments.
If we are among friends, however, we can also put away our favorite chronograph and prefer a more casual bracelet, perhaps combining silver or white gold accessories with a leather structure. Elegant, but practical!
