Monselice in Rosa MTB: Ferro Gioielli official sponsor!

The countdown to the start has begun! Sunday 6th September will see the "Monselice in Rosa MTB" event, an exciting granfondo race for fat wheels of which Ferro Gioielli will be the official sponsor.

The race is organized by Atheste Bike, which for 25 years has been working to create events and sporting opportunities for bikers of the Euganean Hills. The trio of Gianluca Barbieri, Roberto Palma, Gianpaolo Ruzzarin wanted to organize this special competition in conjunction with the stage of the Giro d'Italia Cervia-Monselice on October 16 .

The race and the route

The route, in the shadow of the 7 Churches of Monselice, is completely new and measures 44 km , with 1280 meters of altitude difference. It will include naturalistic sceneries such as Monte Cecilia, the Ascent of via Dea Santa and the Descent of 30 up to Valsanzibio. Spectacular for bikers and for all enthusiasts!

The race, of course, will take place in compliance with all anti-covid measures, for the safety of bikers, operators and spectators. The organizers are really thinking of everything, with 360° attention and commitment.

As I said at the beginning of the post, the Ferro family did not shy away from this wonderful opportunity. For years Fabrizio Ferro has supported Atestine bikers and others, promoting competitions for fat wheels together with Atheste Bike . A true climate of collaboration and mutual support, which will not leave anyone dissatisfied on this occasion either!

Ferro Gioielli, as official sponsor, will take care of the awards, offering 6 Locman watches to be donated to the 3 overall winners of the men's category and to the 3 overall champions of the women's category.
