I motivi per acquistare un diamante D Color

Reasons to buy a D Color diamond

In these times of crisis and uncertainty, it is essential to protect your assets from market fluctuations. For this reason, many invest in the purchase of so-called " safe havens " among which the diamond is certainly one of the most suitable choices . A diamond maintains its value practically unchanged over time, in addition to being the stone preferred by women for the sense of preciousness and strength that it transmits. Clearly, when talking about diamonds, there are several factors to take into consideration; the stone is in fact universally classified taking into account four well-defined characteristics:
  • the cut
  • the color (color)
  • purity (clarity)
  • the weight (carat)
The combination of these factors , called the 4Cs by experts, determine the actual market value of the stone . From the perspective of a safe haven, the advice we can give is to aim for the purchase of a high-quality diamond that can guarantee you, in addition to the immediate value, also an ease of re-positioning on the market when you decide to resell it to obtain a cash income. To do this, even the less experienced can narrow down the field of choice on those stones that have the best colors, preferably D color .

But why the color D?

  • In the diamond color scale , D represents the purest white . The check is very simple to do even for an inexperienced eye. Go to your trusted jeweler and ask them to show you some diamonds of different colors, they are also perfect mounted in the form of a solitaire ring: you will immediately distinguish a D color from a G or an H which tend to have more yellowish shades.
  • It is precisely its exclusivity that makes the jewels made with these stones have an unparalleled magnetic charm. If you give a solitaire that mounts a D color diamond, you will surely leave the one who receives this little great treasure breathless.
  • Coming to the more pragmatic aspect, it goes without saying that for the same cut, weight and purity, a D color certified stone will have a higher market value than a diamond of a lower color. It should be emphasized that we are talking about stones certified by an organization that is predisposed to do so among GIA, IGI and HRD .
In summary, it is therefore advisable to buy a D certified diamond as it has excellent color , visually impactful both loose and mounted on a jewel and with an average high market value that in the worst case will remain unchanged, but could also increase over time. Now all that remains is to surprise you with some of our proposals.
