How to make a return

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, as provided for by the Consumer Code. The shipping costs for the return are paid by the customer. Ferro Orologi e Gioielli undertakes to refund the amount paid for the purchase, after checking the condition of the goods. The product must be returned intact, in the original packaging and with all documents included. The integrity of the goods is essential to exercise the right of withdrawal and obtain a refund. If the return does not meet these conditions, the package will be returned to the sender and the refund will not be made.

Return Procedure

  1. Return Request Send an email to info@ferrogioielli.com indicating the return request, the order number and attaching a copy of the invoice received. Once the request is accepted, you can send the return to our office.

  2. Preparing the Package

    • Insert the product into the box with the warranty provided.
    • Please make sure the product is in the same condition you received it, with all tags attached. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the return or issue a refund.
    • Carefully package the product to avoid damage during transport. Use the original packaging if possible.
    • Send the package to: Ferro Orologi e Gioielli, Piazza Maggiore, 23 – 35042 Este, Padova, Italy.
  3. Return Delivery

    • If you choose to deliver the return to a collection point (DHL/UPS/BRT, etc.), go to the nearest branch.
    • If you have selected home collection, the courier will collect the package at the address and on the date specified in the online return procedure.

Exchange of goods

If the item does not satisfy you or the size is not correct, return the item and place a new order.

Reimbursement

For purchases with PayPal, Credit Card and Apple Pay: The refund will be made within 10 working days of receiving the package. You will receive an email with the confirmation of receipt of the package and the refund. The amount will be credited to the PayPal account, Credit Card or Apple Pay account used for the purchase.

For purchases with cash on delivery: Complete the online return procedure to speed up the process. After verification of the return, the refund will be made within 10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email. You can choose between the following refund methods:

  • Bank Transfer: Provide the account holder's Name and Surname, IBAN and BIC/SWIFT. These details are required to complete the transaction. If the details are incorrect, the refund may be delayed.

  • Credit on Ferro Orologi e Gioielli: We will credit the amount of the returned items to your account for future purchases.

Customized Items

No changes, cancellations, exchanges or returns are accepted for customized products.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item you receive is defective or damaged, please contact us by phone or email with a description of the defect. We will process your request as quickly and as quickly as possible.
