Delivery Times
Orders are processed quickly once payment is confirmed and item availability is verified.

Processing Hours : Tuesday - Friday, 9:00am - 7:00pm.

Weekend/Holiday Orders : Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- Italy: 2-4 working days
- Europe: 5-7 working days
- International: 7-15 business days
Shipping Costs
- Italy: Free Express Shipping on all orders.
- Abroad: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Our Express courier shipments are insured, guaranteeing financial protection against risks of loss or physical damage for any external cause. Therefore, we guarantee greater peace of mind when we ship our national and international packages.
Conditions of Transport
Shipments to non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties and other local taxes. We currently use DDU (Tax Unpaid) shipping, so any customs costs will be paid by the recipient.

Order Delivery
Check the package carefully upon delivery. If it appears tampered with, sign with reservation or refuse delivery. In case of damage or missing items, keep the packaging and contact info@ferrogioielli.com . Any dispute must be received within 10 days of delivery otherwise it cannot be accepted . If the package is not delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (wrong address, absence, etc.), shipping costs and customs charges will be deducted from the refund.
All shipments are protected with bubble wrap or air cushions and sealed with custom security tape or tamper-proof seals. If the package shows signs of tampering, it is important to report it immediately. If the delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature, it is essential to report the incident to the carrier.
If the items are damaged or something indicated on the delivery note is missing, keep the packaging for further inspection.
All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Ferro Orologi e Gioielli and undertake to accept delivery of their package.
