Delivery and Shipping

Delivery Times

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, as soon as payment is cleared and items are available. Orders are processed Tuesday through Friday, 9am to 7pm. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Tuesday morning. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination:

  • Italy: 2-4 working days

  • Europe: 5-7 working days

  • International: 7-15 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Italy: Free Express Shipping on all orders.

  • Abroad: The shipping rate is calculated at the time of purchase and displayed at checkout.

Insurance

Our Express courier shipments are insured and offer our customers financial protection against all risks of loss or physical damage for any external cause. Therefore, we guarantee greater peace of mind when we ship our national and international packages.

Lost package

If you do not receive your goods within one week of the shipping confirmation email, please notify our customer service via our email address or call our number +39 331 1402059.

Conditions of transport

Shipments to countries outside the European Community are subject to customs duties, import duties and local taxes according to the laws in force in the country of residence. There are two types of shipments to these countries: DDP (Customs duties paid), or DDU (Customs duties unpaid).
All shipments to non-EEC countries are currently DDU: the amount due by the customer at checkout does not include duties and other taxes such as VAT. VAT does not apply to customers residing in non-EU countries.

Order Tracking

As soon as our goods leave the warehouse you will receive an email from the courier in which you will find the DHL EXPRESS tracking link that can be used to check the status of your order online. Remember that you can track the shipment immediately.

You have two ways to find out where your package is:
1. Via the DHL website: track your package by clicking on the DHL EXPRESS link, enter the “DHL Express Shipment Tracking” section and enter the Tracking Number received in the SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION email.
2. By calling the telephone number +39 331 1402059 and providing your data and Order Reference.
NB: If the courier does not find you at home, he will leave you a notice through which you can independently reschedule a new delivery or collect your package at the nearest DHL Access Point (payment on delivery is excluded from this option).

Order Delivery

Carefully inspect the package upon delivery. If the package appears to have been tampered with, sign with reservation or refuse delivery. Contact Ferro Orologi e Gioielli immediately in the event of damage or missing items.
