The story of our client, Giacomo
"There are certain gifts that, if given by a father to a son, acquire a whole other value. My dad, a big man of almost eighty, still finds the time and energy to think about me. Once upon a time, much more value was given to objects, they were repaired, nothing was thrown away. He raised me a bit with this philosophy and even now that I am an adult and vaccinated, he does well to remind me of these things. For this Christmas he gave me a Rolex, second hand, reconditioned and as good as new, but with a huge value. It is identical, in fact, to the watch my mother gave him in the early 2000s. It was lucky to find it, after so much time. Now we have the same watch on our wrist, original, working now as it once did, to remind us that value has no age, but increases with time. A bit like the affection for a father or a son, which changes but grows from year to year."
