Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit and Debit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
  • PayPal: You can use your PayPal account to pay.
  • Apple Pay: For fast and secure payments using your Apple devices.
  • Mark: Available for orders only with a maximum amount of €4,999.99 made in Italy. There is a €15.00 collection fee. Payment is made upon delivery.
  • Bank Transfer: After completing your order, you will receive an email with the details to make the transfer. Make sure to complete the payment within 5 business days to confirm your order.

Payments at the point of sale

Bank transfer in advance (made 2 working days before collection), Cash (according to the law), Debit Card, Credit Cards (without extra 3% commission), Bank draft (only with collection during bank opening hours).

Important: We would like to inform you that we do not accept ordinary checks in our store.

Warning: the prices in the online store may be different from those in the physical store of Ferro Orologi e Gioielli. The two realities are to be considered commercially distinct.

Warranty

Defects Covered by Warranty

Ferro Orologi e Gioielli guarantees the product, contained in the original packaging, against defects in materials and workmanship, provided that the use complies with the user manuals and technical specifications. The warranty is valid for a period of TWO (2) YEARS from the date of original purchase by the end purchaser, hereinafter referred to as the “Warranty Period”.

Defects Excluded from the Warranty

The warranty does not cover the following defects:

  • Normal wear and tear of the product: Natural wear and tear due to prolonged use.
  • Tampering: Changes to the original size or structure of the product.
  • Improper maintenance: Deterioration due to poor care or improper use.
  • Theft or Loss: The warranty does not cover damage or loss due to theft or loss.
  • Oxidation: Chemical changes due to exposure to moisture or corrosive environments.
  • Accidental breakage: Damage caused by accidents or falls.

It is important to note that the use of cleaning products not explicitly recommended, such as aggressive chemical solvents (for example, chlorine, bleach or ammonia), may permanently damage the product and void the warranty.
